use your experiences and what you guys have talked about/done so far to set up time for another date.
you dont even need to do anything really special, and even if you can't afford to do anything or have no idea on what to do call her up and say you miss her and you wanna spend some time.
try and stop TEXTING so much if you actually have her number. I just dumped a chick for texting me all the fucking time. all she wanted to do was hang out and watch tv and text me when i wasn't around watching tv. BORING.
but this isn't about me. Sorry. :D

or you can be a gentleman and say

If she has plans then come up with another day, I'm 99% positive she'll say yes. Slip it in some way that'll make her laugh like "did you have a good time at camp and will you go out with me?"

last week like a couple of days before the last day of our class, she kept saying in her texts, "your going to miss me next semester etc. etc." but i told her we should hang out and shes like yeah definitely! but i dunno lol i just have this feeling she dosnt wanna chill with me

Ask her in a text over the weekend how her camp is going. Then she will say "It's awesome" and you say "Man camp is so cwl kk?" or she says "it sucks" and you go "Lol thats too bad"

Lol since you still won't tell us, I am assuming you are like 15ish.
If so, plz just do yourself a favour and when you ask her out, don't make it formal, b/c that makes things really awkward. For example:
Formal(bad): "Would you like to go out with me?"
Informal(good):"Hey are you free this weekend? Wanna get together and _____?(w/e you plan to do on the date, ex. see a movie, go ice-skating, lunch/dinner etc.)
I am not suggesting that you are bad @ asking girls out, I am just saying that a lot of people your age make it very serious, which isn't good. However if you already know how to ask her out then good, so just do what you did before.

ahh yes i know girls very well and this one can be read like a book. You see whenever girls give something they expect to get something in return. Shes kinda pissed at you because you didn't return the favor when she baked you cookies.....
