can you pop it back up after it's been "stasised"? it's possible that they wanted to leave it burrowed. I'm not sure what a stasised underground animation would look like

nah, it might be pretty cool. And I could just walk away from my arb if necessary.
The energy woudl need to recharge, but it wouldn't take that long for it to work again (3 min or so).

You can pop it up because apparently stasis does not affect units if they are stasised. I cast stasis several times on a bunch of burrowed drones then popped them back up and they were normal.
