well, the reavers will be only 100hp each, so it shouldn't matter. If he focus fire in them most probably they'll die instantly. Hell even 1 scarab shoot will do, but if it does it would have already paid off.

I think the point of hallu reavers is to make the opponent move a bit too close.

i.e. playing PvP, the other guy will see your reaver moving slowly in the back, and charge their goons in to try and focus it down before it gets a chance to shoot.

queen usage isnt theorycraft anymore.

we just dont have a proper BO down for it... but it's being used pretty consistently, usually off of two base no hydra den --> lair --> spire, queen+evo --> hive tech. july uses a greater spire variation while jaedong uses it with hydra lurkerling defiler

If you go DA vs Protoss who goes Reavers. MC his shuttle and BAM. Free reavers without needing the tech.

i played some faggot on iccup PVP when i was at c- level. this guy dt rushed me and it failed while i went reaver with speed shuttle upgrade. This guy then builds a crapload of cannons, and warps his dt's that didn't work into dark archons. i move all my units in front of his choke, then i start to run the shuttle around the back to harass. he freaking mind controls my damn speed shuttle with two reavers in it, runs to my base and rapes all my probes. i haven't played iccup since.
