EPTSorry, you guys better get used to this. I have a verrry nasty feeling this will be one of those recurring blog bitchings. I have been too lazy to make a theme for this blog. So it's going to be a random collection of the past month's happeneninings...
1. Finally got Internet+laptop in my flat

That is indeed a giant lobster scaling the building...
...Which is approx 20 seconds walk from where I live and costs 1200Won/60p/1$ an hour. That's pretty damn cheap and convenient.. But we all know it's not the same as having Internet in your room. I mean, how could I check TL half naked coming out the shower?? or idly itch my balls to the tune of the latest Boxer highlight video. There's also the porn issue. Oh, on that note, my internet is crazzzzzy fast. By crazzzzzy I mean, 95Mb/second. I've downloaded movies in seconds. LITERALLY. Did you know that it only takes 5minutes and 25 seconds to completely fill a Korean laptop with the latest high-definition Japanese porn?? Don't worry, I rang the Guiness Book of Records already.
Going back to more sane things. I recently discovered a whole crop of Korean websites which host every piece of illegal software, music and video imaginable. They are completely clean too and the servers are as fast as you can handle. The catch of course is you have to pay. A whole 800Won/40p/65Cents per film. Pretty good tbh and I've just realised its a great way to learn Korean too as they all have subtitles.
2. Finished my Level 3 Korean Language Course
Go fucking me! I came top in my level. I even beat the arrogant US gyopo. WOO! How fucking amazing. Yeah. Awesome. Incredible. Until of course I take one step outside the language school and get slapped by the cold, heavy and somewhat sweaty Hand of Reality. Goddamn that thing. My Korean is still excruciatingly bad. I mean, I don't regret taking the course, I definitely learnt a lot and I'll probably sign on to the next course. But, I guess I can't expect everything to be like the films where you stick a great big spike in the back of your head and 'know kungfu.'
Anyway.. I made a video of the walk from Ewha University station to the university itself. Nothing too spectacular but it has some SC bias....Youtube being fucked up as usual so I'm using Vimeo...

3. Had the usual nights out
I never go mental Sun-Thurs because I've got to get up at 7am the next day. The thought of handling my high school classes whilst being hungover makes me want to open these great big windows next to me and jump headfirst.

But, Fri and Sat night normally gets a little crazy. Soju is always involved and as well as a trip to 홍대/Hongdae (the clubbing district in Seoul). Last weekend was pretty good apart from the small fact that I lost my goddamn camera that I had for less than a month.... wtfffff.
I don't quite remember what happened. We went to a bar, some one ordered lots of soju, beer and Jack Daniels. I think I was trying out some new build orders* on a couple of Korean girls and taking the usual stupid 'LOLMOAEO, WEER DRUNKK-!!!!11!1LOL' photos. After a couple of hours in the bar, we went clubbing. Everyone stayed till when the subway reopened (5:30am) which was great. But somewhere in between my prrrrrrecious camera buggered off
Lost a bunch of stuff and no more videos and good quality pictures for a long time. I will make another detailed post on Hongdae in the future donnnn't worry..*terminology from Tasteless
4. Got a Korean girlfriend
The most recent of happenings, yet easily the best ^^ More on this later - if we last lol. Please don't expect pictures to collectively crucify though.
Oh, I started doing some little updates for PX if you guys haven't noticed. I started in PX 52, went awol in 53 but back in 54. I try to introduce a tiny bit of practical Korean each week so if you're keen, check it out. I also upload some random picture I take and make some crap caption......../inter-thread-plugging.
