Zerg Only!
With the new season starting, everyone is trying frantically to get up the ladder as soon as possible. i'm here writing my new guide that can get you to the top of the ICCUP ladder easily. If executed well and often enough can get you to B- minimum. I've been trying this strategy out and I think this can work well.
Everything is standard, you go for standard builds against both races, 9 pools work the best however. After you get about 6 zerglings, try to rush up his ramp and kill all his units. If this doesn't work. Pause the game, download as many torrents, video files, etc. as you can. This will cause an incredible amount of lag
If he tries change the latency to extra high, lower it back down to low. This is where it gets tricky. If he tries to drop you, pause all the downloads to return to normal latency. Every now and then, pop them back up. This will cause them to often leave the game in frustration. In this case you have won. If they disregard that and go for the kill just let the stuff download until he has no choice but to drop you.
I'm currently A+ rank so far with a 67-1 record. The loss was from me having to quit to go to my Girlfriends house for an orgy (High ICCUP ranks turn girls on!).

Why not just download cheat engine and slow the game to .1 so you don't get a drop box if your gonna be a dick atlest do it right.

Do torrents actually fuck with your game that bad? Usually downloads dont influence my gamespeed much and just generally laggers always lag and non laggers dont.

Depends on your bandwith, as long as you put a limit on your download that leaves enough room for your connection to handle sc without lag it's fine.
I have a 100mbit connection so I couldnt even lag the game if I tried lol.

I'd probably alt tab and look browse the net and MSN shit, while tabbing back and fourth and listening to music.
But then again, most people don't have patience like me
