you probably have a stomach virus. stay hydrated, people can die from this kind of thing. keep drinking fluids and take peptobismal and do not mix with tylenol.

This happens to me whenever I'm stressed out, haven't gotten enough sleep, and especially if I've been drinking a lot of tea. Or if I've eaten anything my mother has cooked. Fucking sucks. Literally used to get it like 6 days a week for months this year... Recently I've been fine, but today was one of those brutal stomach flu days. It'd be fine if you could get it all over with in one go, but noo, you keep having to run back and forth to the bathroom. If you get it during the day when you have shit to do, you're just fucked.

Sugar free? Sorbitol (the sweetener...I bet they have some sort of sugar alcohol like sorbitol, malitol, xylitol, etc) isn't absorbed well by the body, but it's still sweet, so it's used as one of those sugar-free sweeteners. Anyway, since it's not absorbed well, if you have -a lot- of it, it'll act as a laxative.

That's probably it.
