hahahhaha, did ya'll see it at the WCG? Thats what I call PURE PWNAGE!!! fucking Bruse was all taunting Jaedong, didn't see what he said, but Jaedong all fucking cool says "bye" and all of the sudden like 20 freaking lings come out running with sneak attack through the mineral patches (Rid of Valkyries) and literally rape the shit out of Bruse's main. HAHHAHAHA, thats what he gets for messing with the best (after Savior).
edit, thanks to a youtube post: when he picked off the two probes, russian noob said, "you good!", pimp Jaedong said, "Jaedong: "thx, bye" Jaedong: -_- noob .
so humilating for that russian kid, thats why WCG is badass, they allow dumbass chat, that will certainly end having your ass handed to you.
Do you know of a VOD with high enough quality that has readable text? I'm really really curious as to what Bruse was saying.
I know at one point he was saying something along the lines of "dont rush yet, im not ready", as later on I was able to read that he said, "ok you can go now, I'm ready" after he had his cannons and gateway up.
It seems to me now that he totally had that rape coming, though...
Jaedong: good (in response to seeing 2 probes come to scout) Bruse: u too (in response to Jaedong picking them both off) Jaedong: thx Jaedong: bye *jaedong starts mining the back minerals*
lol, he thought he was gosu blocking and shit, what a dumb ass... doesn't even make pylon near that mineral to monitor break in... btw, he should cut his pony tail, fucking disgrace.
I think toss was sortof stupid. Didnt he practice on the map? He should had remembered the first pvz on rov was Gorush vs hoony where gorush won with the same thing. Also jaedong vs upmagic on fantasy jaedong did the same.
Man, when i was watching that game, I asked myself, "Did he throw that game away?" He ended up winning over Ret, but he was just being totally bm and gay during the Jaedong game. Even the pregame hand gestures and motions seemed really immature if you asked me. Or maybe he was trying to soak up the moment by making a fool of himself. Ugh, i just want to punch him in the face

dude, Bruce didn't even know he was going until like a week or two ago, the maps have changed since WCG Russia and he's not even active as a player, he's like RoX manager or something. I'm sure he knew he was going to lose, might as well say some entertaining things, quit hating on the guy, he was just having fun

If Jaedong hadn't lost a ling when the probe pulled them to the cannons and if he hadn't moved in on the cannons at the end, I believe he could've won with zero casualties.
Shameful, Jaedong, just shameful.
edit: Also, I don't think Bruse was being bm. It was more like "nr20min plz, kthx." Jaedong makes everyone but a handful of people look like noobs anyway, why not make a joke of it?

I agree. You're already way behind because you fail at life. No need to deprive yourself from doing useful things by typing to a god, who will without a doubt destroy you.
i think it was pretty funny and i don't think it was disrespectful, he knew he had 0% chance of beating jaedong and probably didn't even practise for his vs jaedong game so his building placement was shit, and he may aswell have made the most of a once in a lifetime experience and have something to remember
It's all good, would Bruse really expect to be able to win anyway? Nothing he did was really in bad taste. The commentators thought it was pretty good "Thanks bye!!"
oh god, hes just having fun and chatting a little with the strongest zerg on earth hoping to get some response, knowing he will never get another chance to play him, he knows he has no chance, how is it bm and disrespectful, some of you read way way too much into every little thing and should just chill, oh noes look at that dude, hes moving on stage and writing things, so bm, lynch mob assemble !! Hell, if I was in his place id write "sex sex pussyhair" and watch the shitstorm roll in.
the thing is he is Russian, and if he is anything like any Russian I have ever known, he is ARROGANT and so I am 95% sure it was not in good fun but, he was trying to act like a smart ass( o look at me and my probe block I'm such a genius...thx bye), and thus he got man-handled by the biggest zerg baller JD.

Some russians u knew were arrogant, so u conclude that he is arrogant with a 95 percentage?. lol fail right there dude.
I don't think he was trying to disrespect Jaedong. It's not like he was typing shit about how good he is or that he is going to own his opponent. More likely he knew he didn't stand a chance and tried to make his game more memorable, especially since it was broadcasted. And as expected Jaedong rolled him over and it produced a funny moment.

you're funny if you think he thought he was such a smart ass and stood a chance of beating jaedong. It's obvious that he was just trying to have fun. You can see Jaedong smiling at the screen before the game started. I'm sure they've talked before that
It's like nobody watches b.net attack or something - it's all the same there. Riding the bus, "i'll infest your CC", etc... just trash talk from n00bs having fun playing against the greats. Seems pretty obvious that Bruse knew he was totally outclassed. To my eyes he was just being cheeky.
Come on guys, both Jaedong and Bruce knew who the winner of that game was going to be before the game started.
If you knew you were about to be made to look like a total noob on the stage wouldnt you joke around and have a little fun? Nothing he said was BM. He was just enjoying a rare opportunity to play against the best zerg in the world.

Yeah honestly, calling him a douche for making the most out of an inevitable wrecking is pretty sad.

I'm better than you and your relatives and friends combined, so shut up.
1) It's Bruce, not Bruse. WCG staff miraclously misspelled a very simple nickname. 2) Bruce is widely known in Russian e-sports as an article writer/team manager, he's not that much of a player, but with a good understanding of StarCraft metagame. He's been around for a really long time and isn't exactly ambitious. 3) He went to WCG from a reserve pool (thanks to BRAT_OK not getting german visa), so he didn't train too much. I wouldn't be surprised to find out he didn't even consider winning WCG Ru an opportunity, most likely went there for fun. 4) WCG Russia maps were different.
You are overreacting, I'm positive that it was just a friendly taunt, he doesn't stand any chance to win even 1 of 10 games with JD.
