In case you were wondering, adoption is a perfectly legitimate choice. Babies get snapped up faster than rice krispie squares so you'd have absolutely zero trouble finding a family.

I hear abortion can have damaging psychological effects. But I would say that although it's good for her friends to be there, various medical professionals are the ones who can help the most (i.e. psychologists etc.) Maybe social workers and lawyers too. If she has it, child support is a NECESSITY. Doctors can advise her, friends can comfort her.

One of my friends is sort of friends with friends of her, so i called him and asked him if he knows anything about what was going on there, and it turns out, that they were at like some party and her ex got drunk and they just did it there somewhere without using protection, and afterwards when it turned out she was pregnant, he blamed her for it and broke up. happened like a week ago, and the girl is 16

I dont think it is your place to suggest an abortion, although that probably is what she should do. Just comfort her, listen to her, and help her out if she needs any help. What she needs is a good friend.

Good luck on the solution, and I feel as well that adoption would be better than abortion, but if she doesnt want/isnt ready to take of a baby in her life, she definitely should not be forced to do so.

Actually I dont know. I cant find any info on it so I guess we have to trust the posters that claim it. I just added to the info with a part that I knew.
However I've heard (no proof or source) that they offer abortions to foreigners since they dont want people doing illegal "coathanger" abortions and risking their healt+life if abortion is heavily regulated in their home country. But that might not be true at all.

Well, the point is that it would cost the country money to pay for another state's citizen's medical procedures. I find it difficult to believe someone from Germany could just hop on over and freeload off of Swedish taxpayer's services.
