May he R.I.P. Know that this can make you stronger and a more equipped human being. There will be people in your future that lose loved ones and now you know exactly what it feels like. You can be there for them as hopefully someone is for you. I am sorry for your loss but I am also not. I am sorry that you lost your father but I am not sorry that you were given this oppurtunity to inspire those around you and to further the betterment of society by being a strong person and experiencing that which we all pray to never know. edit: I lost my girlfriend and unborn child earlier this year. I know it is not the same as losing a parent, but the grief is still as shitty. I wish you the best, I really do. Hope you can stay strong.  | ||

my friend's mom had cancer and he was her bed for months, missed so much school and when she died, it was so awkward... whenever people pulled your mom jokes by accident, there was a really awkward silence afterwards for several seconds | ||
