Or in other words, lie to her and say that it were not your decision to not hire her, tell her that she is the best and that she would probably end up with a better job anyway etc. Thats how girls handle these things among themselves. "You can't handle the truth!!" is the mindset you should have every time you talk with most women. Long answer: Girls are fickle. You can expect a girl to act like you've destroyed her life for a 3 days, and then be completely over it. It's actually pretty ironic that people think guys are the ones to let go of things easily, when I've met so many who can't stop talking about their high school 'fiancée.' Okay, it's just the one, but it's gotten really fucking annoying 3 years after he's graded. You need to translate their actions properly, or you're going to end up confused as hell, and wanting to get rid of them all together. In general, shit storms will happen occasionally, even frequently. It's just a matter of knowing that this person in particular lacks strong self-control in tough times. Let them learn the lesson on their own when you don't pay any attention to their whining. Rekrul's advice is pretty good. But they aren't going to come back running and apologising unless you're either attractive, have lots of money, and/or are in some way extremely above average valuable (in their view, ofc). They're just sort of going to pretend everything is normal, and hope you do too. | ||
