My mother had told me eating lettuce helps you go to sleep. Then I tried it several times and found myself feeling sleepier than usual. It's surprising how certain foods can enable this trigger. There's lots of websites that talk about this but currently I'm too sleepy. Also reading helps trigger this as well so start reading in bed if you need to go to sleep early. | ||
