If it is on fastest, just build things as you have money for them. Go supply first as you normally would and play by mineral count from there. It's probably better to go mm before mech, since on fastest, P can mass an abnormal amount of zealots by the time you have a couple vults out. It's probably worth it to use two scouting scvs.

Lay down turrets so as to stop ht and reaver drops since those suck.
Get turrets in time for dt rushes, since a comsat requires a separate cc.
If he isn't that good, a fun strat to use is firebat run-by probe kill -> siege tank drop probe kill -> nuke.
Another fun thing is building raxs in bases adjacent to his, then floating over and building firebats to kill probes.

If you guys have the time, do a BO3 and have like match one on fastest, then on normal, then on like bgh or something for tie break.

Edit: Another thing you can do with terran is rush an eng bay in his base and float it over his mins so he can't send probes to mine.

lol I said TvP, not PvT. Im terran, or is there a terran stove? =O
alright i am practicing now, i will take some of that fastest advice to heart... wait... no I won't.. I don't want to convert myself into a fastest player.. maybe i will take that fastest advice to... hands... yeah.... that's better

UPDATE:
Okay so today at school I played some people, I played a 1v1 on LT first TvP against some random kid, raped him, then everyone was like "That's not fair, it should be 3v1". So we do a 3v1 on 0Clutt, I proxied 1 fact vults and raped all of their ecos (these guys were worse than computers >_< ). Eventually I meet Chase but he is busy doing HW so I didn't manage to play him today. We are supposed to play soon though. He said he stopped playing SC at home when he was ~15, and I asked him if he played iCCup and he had no clue what that was. So I can't imagine he is better than me but good games would possibly happen still. They said I wasn't much faster than him if any at all so I know he isn't nearly as noob as the pubs I pwned today. Another update will come when we manage to play.

0clut lets you do some really random stuff- anything with splash becomes 10x more powerful.

And firebats are good (because of splash, and because hella ppl mass zeal on 0clut), but i think that the build time might actually be slower (you need more gas, and academy build time isn't insignificant). Also, if you micro vult against noobs, they'll have no idea what to do. (My zeals arn't killing vults? why not when it's 10 zeal v 1 vult?)
