Goddamn, I hate playing on korean times. The foreign " ?? ?? ? ???? ???" texting and the random D's owning my ass.
On the bright side, It helps me train by analyzing what I did wrong. It's great!
For my ICCUP rating? It goes form 7-2 to 7-8. Not the best record, eh?
But seriously though, if you were to rank the koreans, about how much higher would a "D+" level korean be? C-?,C?

i've learned to recognize gogo and gg even without the korean formatting. otherwise, i just ignore it.
this poll is kinda dumb, though. how do you rate top foreigners who dont get completely slaughtered by koreans? are they 1/2 koreans?

I hate playing at night, I end up realizing that I play Koreans like 60-90% of the time.......but they're really good and they can help anyone improve.

Playing lots of Koreans is actually very beneficial to your game. It's how I got really good back in the day. I always played late nights so there wasn't many people on from North America. It all started with befriending one Korean, then eventually next thing you know I'm just playing Koreans. My skill shot through the roof. It really does help.
But it can get annoying if you're not very good. I feel this way on Wc3 when I play Ladder at night. I blow at wc3, so me up against a same leveled Korean = I'm dead.

I notice the skill level of players jumps significantly at certain times of the day... my current slump: went from to 14-11 to 15-21 in my past couple sessions. 1-10. At least I'm learning? 
But yeah, I think the average D+ Korean would be somewhere around C foreigners.

I find Korean time very very hard. Seems that every D I play is 300 apm at that time.

I think a lot of Koreans reset their stats or regularly make new accounts. From my own experience, foreigners usually stay on one account, so generally when you play a D+ or C-, that is their rank. During Korean time it's hard to tell what kind of opponent your getting because sometimes it's a C+/B- level Korean who only has five games for some reason.

I beat Koreans at D rank all the time... They're not better than foreigners at all... Just more of them have been playing for longer... But there are still lots that only recently started playing, and have comparative abilities to foreigners... I have a few Koreans on my FL I like to play that I usually beat... but I like them because they're so incredibly manner (or at least, they don't know enough English to be rude... bwahhaa).
That's not to brag at all... I'm not a great StarCraft player... just saying there are lots of Koreans my level and below.
