or find something you care about more than her. it could be starcraft, WoW, poker, tennis, art, school, an instrument, etc. (these will help with future chicks that will be impressed with your leet skillz) or become more awesome so you can get better chicks. this is kind of related to the 2nd option. become knowledgeable about important issues and stuff (economist), and fashion (GQ), and try lots of things like volunteering at soup kitchens and political campaigns and tutoring and the math team. but, you gotta make sure you don't become a douche. | ||

Then go and find another girl. Also... ignoring her is not going to make her not like you. She will just become curious as to why you are ignoring her when she thought you liked her. And don't buy her a birthday gift. A card at most. She isn't your girlfriend after all so use the money on yourself for sure. Besides, a nice gift is never going to win a girl over unless she is already wanting to be yours before she gets it. In which case you didn't need to get her a gift. | ||

Her's is actually one of the few females you should ever listen to on advice in these matters. Most give horrible advice as women have no clue what they want and try to give advice based on the image they wish to portray to others. Sue's uniquely awesome. I'm sure she will agree with both aspects of this post. | ||

 I've just been playing this relationship game for waaaaay too long. And I'm old enough to understand how teenage girls/boys act and motives behind them (I was also a school counselor) so.... yeah ultimately, boys are dumb and girls are evil. I stick to that.
