Medium Size Cantaloupe = 200 Calories Jack-In-The-Box: Double Bacon & Cheese Ciabatta = 1120 Calories or 5.6 Cantaloupes Oreo Cookie Shake (24oz) = 1450 Calories or 7.25 Cantaloupes In terms of calorie content, the burger and shake add up to almost 13 cantaloupes. I think I'm gonna start avoiding those Oreo shakes from now on.  | ||

I could stand to lose a little more though, I still have a fair bit of flab on my sides. I can't stand McDonalds anymore (and haven't been able to for nearly a year), the only item I can really eat is the grilled chicken. Cantaloupe and honey dew are amazingly filling for having so much water in them. | ||

PS- Anyone else notice that fast food prices are going up and portion sizes are going down? What the fuck? Wendy's used to have the best (and only) 99 cent menus, now all the burgers are smaller and some shit is like 1.29 etc. Fuck that. | ||
