I was talking about more recent SM groups - DBSK, CSJH, Super Junior, SNSD. Also SM seems to fail with solo artists (except ZhangLiYin), so my current prediction stands that SHINee will be a success based on SM's positive track record

If they were promoted better, especially CSJH, they wouldn't be as obscure. I mean how can you NOT like four hot girls that can all sing and dance? =P Talent wise they're a whole class above everyone else, like SNSD and WG (and I like SNSD too... lol).

Nah... There singing is decent but i don't like the songs they do... They'll do pretty well but won't get into superstardom.. It's not like they're H.O.T or anything.

No they're not bad, but I think the timing of their release is pretty awful, considering SuJu is still the mainline boyband for SM and DBSK is still doing their thing. Apparently most of em are bi-lingual as well. Plus Battle, 2AM, Big Bang, even SS501 and that Asomething group DSP has out, it's sort of a saturated field. Plus with this type of group being mainly dependant on the female fan base, there's probably not much attention that can be handed out to all of those groups, but then again... who knows.
