I can't log on to USWest because someone by the name of "idk" is on there with my cd key. It's been like that all day. I can get on the other realms fine.

Wonder what it is? I think it will go away eventually. I'm pretty sure I didn't give out my cd key to anyone... Anyone else ever experience something like this? I might have to contact Blizzard if this persists. Or try the Blizzard Store download thing.

yes, you can still use it when they aren't logged onto the server.

unfortunately blizzard is likely to mute your cd key so you cannot join any channels or talk to friends unless you join the same game name.

I had this problem sometime back. The dude had even used his real name. In any case, I guess he got pwned really hard or something, he stopped using it shortly.

Try inputting it into the blizzard store and get a new key(you need to download their version).

I dont know the exact numbers.. but you can share your cdkey with friends and go b.net together without any problem. I think max is 5.

You can play on different realms but never can two users use the same cd-key at the same time in the same realm.

One of the top torrent downloads for games is StarCraft: BW, no surprise someone could get a hold of your key using a keygen.

every so often ill get kicked off bnet and try to relog in only to find my cd-key is in use by"Assmaster" or something similar

Dunno how it happens, but somehow the game gets confused and i get stuck on battle.net or something weird and can't log in for like 5 minutes, as the cd-key is actually in use by myself (i know its me because for some reason i remember what i named the owner of the cd when you have to put in the key)

k just tried it now and it worked. Hope it was just one of those weird bnet things. I've gotten the "cd-key is in use by myself" before a few times, too.

Starcraft CD-Keys can be randomly found by a person. I mean the key is what? 13 digits long. By some fluke some one could of guessed it, and just happened to get yours.

every time my conection breaks when im on west, and i try to re log i get a * your cd key is being used by Nada* and it wont go away until i reconnect my internet once or twice.
