If you seriously believe that, then I doubt you've ever dealt with severe stress or anxiety. It is not something that gets better the more you rub your face in it. It's like saying the best way to get out of debt is by spending more. The way to deal with anxiety is learning how to manage it to the point where you can work to get away from or reduce the things that's causing it. | ||
