Diskeeper. Install it then forget it. No need to worry about defragmentation.

Or has my computer been defragging itself this whole time without me knowing? or is there something wrong with my copy? T.T (it's a legit copy, one of the few non-pirated things I have on here) Well I dont know what version you have but I suspect it's included in all versions it has most likely been defragging all along yes. Im not on my vista comp right now but you can probably find it at my computer-> properties, or clicking properties on one of your harddisks, or just finding it through help I dont know.

If I don't defrag every 2 months my computer will slow the fuck down whenever I try to open any folder or load a program up. I am on a Mac, and I don't need to do a Disk Defrag. Only thing I need to do once in a while is a Permissions check, and that does not take long (5mins max).
