Iccup problem

Ok so I was going on Iccup, and I created a game titled "Zerg", obviously for zerg players, some d- noob who's record is 1-11 came up. Ok so I thought free win any way, so I tell him to change to zerg, and he changes race to zerg from random. I press start and the countdown starts and RIGHT before the game, like a milisecond before the game started, he changed race to Terran. Of course I don't even know so I go my original build order againts zerg and then I discover by scouting that he's terran and I asked "WTF?"? Then he owns me with a fast tank push, I stayed because I wanted to smack this stupid kid but my build was all wrong and I had to leave. Is this allowable?

you can't change your race a milisecond before the game starts, only like...2 seconds.

Yeah it's perfectly legal, they're entitled to chose whatever race they want...

Just watch their race while the countdown goes...next time

scouting can also help

Yes it's allowable, to avoid this in future just keep an eye on their race till the last second.

It was a joke.

Anyways i dont know if it stills works but right before a game starts if you open the tab and put your cursor on zerg your raceschanges or something similiar to that.
