Yay for hackers
So I guess hacking is the uber thing to do today. Is it really hard to find an legit game and actually have some gg's? Surely there's a wall of shame on the internet somewhere, where people can stare with disgust at such despicable acts.
Over the past few weeks, I seem to encounter more and more hackers on bnet.east. Definitely will stick more too iccup but still no guarantees, however the odds and current gaming there are really good. However, time and time again there are friends on b.net to talk and play with so avoiding it is hard.Now I have pretty much given all hope about playing a pub and not have a cloud of doubt above my head.
It's sad, especially when the player could probably play nearly as well without the hack, but for some skewed reason they decide to use it (confidence booster?). Maybe just for kicks or a 'small advantage', but hacking is is still hacking. It isn't really wise thing to do, as it may soon become something they get attached too.
Anyhow, here's 2 out of the [10+?] I've encountered within last night and today. Thought these were interesting as they are from more 'well known' [pikaboo!?] teams on east.
This one is pretty hilarious, he doesn't get busted in the games in the cw, but shortly after he overextends himself in an obs game and shows his true multi-command skills. Oh and just for laughs, he claims he is a mouse only user, and does not rely on hotkeys, sure got to admire his amazing apm with 0 hotkeys.

Thanks, and its pretty clear that by applying the Squeeze Theorem with dakota_fannings replay scannner & bwchart, we can conclude they are hackers. Also, thank you to the teams for complying with 0 actions and amazing management.

My clan cancelled a cw vs FcG cuz one of their guys mh'd on a no mh map (I think this was posted on tl.net some time ago about obs maps that disc maphackers)

Ah, the famous FcG 
Don't play on East, because only three things will happen:
-Your opponent will disc when they're losing
-Your opponent will claim you're hacking when you're winning (I've had newbies accuse me of multi-command; it's just 1a2a3a4a5a6a7a8a9a0a dipshit)
-Your opponent will 4 pool you, without scouting at all, running directly to your base on a four player map, and somehow still lose
If you find you can't go 2 games without playing a hacker, it's either because you're playing on East server, or because you can't stand the idea of someone just being better than you.

I'd like to meet a hacker one day IRL, and discuss with him the reason for his silly thing. I'm not sure which is worse, a hacker or this reheated submarine sandwich, the microwave is no place for submarine sandwiches.

Mm, sorry if I was unclear about 2 games without playing a hacker. That isn't the case, played many games, and it's good to know 60-70% of em are 'legit'. I hop on iccup when I have the chance, but during these final exam period I'm not up for most of it or competitive gaming. I usually hang with my bot and chat around so thats pretty much why. But yeah, amazingly I haven't really encounter the cases you stated aside from the disc =p.
Anyhow at the end of the day, the better player is the player who plays with his honor and integrity.

i've played a game on BrainClan PvZ and I just assumed he had good macro, able to macro somehow with 5 hatcheries off of just his main and natural, until i saw rep. I won the game in the end, but there were times where he had 48+ hydras at my choke.
One thing is, I didn't know the mineral hack still worked. But apparently it does, and hackers don't know how to win with it. He goes on to say, "no you hack. no map hack". i just lol'd at him for that and finished him.
See, if i was to hack, I would just make it I start out with 200/200 battlecruisers/carriers/guardian/devour

i just ran into a hacker on fastest possible, shit i do when i'm bored. Infact it was acutally 2 of them. One was a mineral hacker the other was a map hacker who was on my team. Both sucked ass. I killed the other team then should of BSed my allie for hakcing, i don't know why i didn't.

Yes, sogginess was the problem, I don't have one unfortunately. I've been keeping my eye out though, because I'm sure at some garage sale or flea market or something there should be a functional one pretty cheap.
But yeah hackers totally suck. I don't understand why Blizzard cares so little, since BW Hacks a certain site is allowed to exist.

Brain has alot of min hackers, drop hackers, lag hackers, map hackers the list runs on. In a pc room you will sometimes notice someone with maphack on playing.
I play 3v3/4v4 hunters on there with my friends and we always meet one of the above. And alot of them are bad.

I used to play fastest competitively, until it was just ridiculous because everyone hacks. Almost every game there would be an oblivion, and it got to the point where I wanted to ban every player that picked Zerg because the mineral hack was so rampant. Sometimes I wonder if Blizzard can do anything about it, and if they could, would they...
Luckily, real SC is more forgiving when it comes to hacks (unless the guy doesn't try to hide it at all (a 0-pool that sends 16 zerglings into your base or uses maphack to do a build you can't counter).
To summarize, hacking sucks  .
