www.mathforamerica.org Basically it is a program that pays for my graduate school tuition plus stipend($90,000 in 5 years) for me to teach math in a New York City public high school. Just wanted to share my joy with the TL community  PS: Is anyone here in the math/math education field?   | ||

It would have required me to teach in NYC so I didn't consider it, but I know that it could work out very well. I'll stick to teaching on long island though. | ||

Oh and I do want to add that getting a free ride for 5 years in NYC sounds frigging awesome. Teaching HS is not my dream job, but for that kind of opportunity, I'd kill. Muchos congratulations. | ||
