I really don't understand why people ever get to this point, but it scares the shit out of me. My fiancee just headed off to class, and I'm really worrying. I have work and class today, even a test, and I am torn on whether or not I should go. There is no penalty for missing today, but we can't let these idiots control our life. With that being said, I don't want to lose my life, or the live of my fiancee. You always think, that won't happen at my school, or hope that people that attend your school are better than that. After NIU, it got closer to home, started to worry me, but it was still 3.5 hours away. Thats still not my school. Now it is though, now its my school  Welcome to my life a month or 2 ago, except I was the only person sane enough to laugh at the fact some kids trying to get out of tests were able to close/evacuate/inconvenience so many people. Your school is much bigger (the threats for mine were only to local high schools) but still you should not let a tiny risk control your life. | ||

Yah I think the people at NIU are still laughing after the threats shut down their campus first semester. All the way up until a guy actually fatally shot some students. I'm glad to hear that nothing has happened at your school but, some people actually do carry this out =/ To think that everything is just a threat isn't sane, its foolish. | ||
