a little ice cream and cookies always does wonders when you're down on the dumps : ]

Icecream may make you feel better because the taste sensation is very nice, but in many ways, ice cream is a poor choice for addressing sadness.

First of all, the mass quantities of sugar in icecream can have negative effects on mood (high sugar consumption is linked with mood swings, anxiety, and depression.)

Beyond this, icecream offers little nutritional value and is quite unhealthy. A far healthier, and I would argue, more effective, alternative is exercise and sunshine!

Course, I love icecream... particularly coffee flavored, chocolate flavored, and vanilla. I never eat it anymore. The idea of consuming that much sugar in a sitting makes me sick!

i put cookie dough but i forgot about coffee. i love coffee ice cream.

i never really ate ice cream that much though, and even less nowadays ;_;

P.S. everyone who votes mint = failure
edit: oh ya and toppings arent very good imo, especially gummi bears that get hard as hell when they get cold. laem.

aww i actually stick gummy bears in the freezer when i buy them just to make them chewier, i like them so much better that way

and na.inky life is too short to not eat ice cream!

Personally, choc chimp mint, vanilla or cookie dough are the best. Strawberry is pretty dope too.

Topings are any of the follow, OR ALL OF THEM: whipped cream, choc syrupp, strawberry syrup, sprinkles (choc only is for fags, RAINBOW THAT SHIT) choc chips, caramel syrup and cherries.

damn i got munchies now. i havnet had ice cream in a minute.
