First of all, the mass quantities of sugar in icecream can have negative effects on mood (high sugar consumption is linked with mood swings, anxiety, and depression.) Beyond this, icecream offers little nutritional value and is quite unhealthy. A far healthier, and I would argue, more effective, alternative is exercise and sunshine! Course, I love icecream... particularly coffee flavored, chocolate flavored, and vanilla. I never eat it anymore. The idea of consuming that much sugar in a sitting makes me sick! | ||
