neither side had scvs or enough minerals for scvs. boxer had some marines. oov had a wraith. the wraith can kill all of boxer's buildings while cloaked, and the marines can't kill oov's building as long as it's flying somewhere like on an island. oov shouldn't have tapped out. | ||

No add-on No cloak. The wraith couldnt hope to beat the m&m in a fight. oov could have flown his buildings somewhere the medic marine couldnt reach and forced a draw. But that would have been quite rude considering that he was boxers protege and stuff. | ||

No, he couldn't, because then Boxer could just continue mining until his own air-tech, because as you pointed out, no add-on = no cloak. Even if there was cloak, it wouldn't be hard to run scvs around while mining with the others, or making sure you had 50 for when cloak ran out, eventually just making a turret = GG. | ||
