Or roll your own so you can roll small ones. You know you are throwing away so much tabacco by outting all the cigs at the sight of a rush. Noob. China's firewall sucks.

I guess it depends on the individual. Take my dad for example - the guy smoked like a chimney for 30 years. Then one day he's like "man, I shouldn't do this anymore" and he quit cold turkey. His way of thinking was that in order to quit you really have to want to quit. All those things like medications and patches and whatever only mask the fact that you still want to smoke. I guess that's the root of the evil that you really need to get rid of first to have any success. But like I said, it all depends on the person. My old man is exceptionally stubborn so that made it easier for him. Someone like me, who can rationalize any bad idea to make it seem awesome, would have a much harder time quitting something like that.

They just stopped buying cigarrettes all together and relied purely on bumming cigs off of friends to feed their habit which for a while kept them down to only a couple cigs a day and even less as the days went on and their friend got tired of giving away their cigarettes. Then after about a month their friends decided to stop giving them any at all, so gg habit.Just dont buy any cigarettes seriously, when you have the possibility just control yourself not to buy any then afterwards you'll be craving like mad but hey you wont have any cigs! Recognize that when you relapse, it's not the end of quitting, it's just a temporary setback. If you smoke again, tell yourself the next day you will quit again, and just keep at it until you get it taken care of. I understand 2 - 4 days of withdrawals, the rest is psychological. Fill the void with something new. Exercise is a good idea.

(not safe, leaves scars, expect pain, leaves you with barbecue smell) - every time you want light a cigarette, do so, but put out the stub on your forearm immediately; most people quit before then tenth burn. - a few scars is a small price! you will gain an average of 7 more years of life and the value of an average priced new car after the 20th year after you quit smoking! + Show Spoiler + just joking jeje - try this: - never smoke indoors - everyday add 15 min, 30 min or an hour before you light up one after you wake up - every new day smoke than the previous one (depending on how addicted you are) - go to you doc and ask for chantix, it has a decent success rate

An alternate idea: if the patch and other helps are too expensive, just declare today that you won't smoke any more, but with the rule that for every time you break the rule and smoke, you have to put 1 dollar in a jar. Buy the patch when you can afford it, but if you can hold it off then good for you.

My friend quit smoking merely by chewing gum ALL the time and it took him like three weeks :O That helps the people who are orally fixated, which definitely does not account for all smokers. The nicotine addiction is a problem that isn't addressed by gum.
