Would playing as a 5 stack, not using all chat at all and not being the one to unpause/play techies solve this? Or would it limit the exposure to commends that is possible?

I do not actually know how it works other than reports are worse than commends are good. From what I've gathered though is that it might take a very long time, and that commends are a minor thing, just playing games and not being reported is more important, but that's just speculation.
After the 2 reports above my score is still a flat F.

open your console and type the following on 2 separate lines
developer 1
dota_game_account_debug
it's at the bottom

On my one I can only see 'normal'. How do you see the letter grade?

The grades are A through F and some people's just say Normal. I think Normal probably just means you're in good standing as a replacement for C or B

if you drop below B- / C it will show in grades rather than "normal".
So if you have anything showing expect "normal" it is to be considered "bad" behavior

I think there's something wrong with Valve's system.
I was apparently reported 6 times in the last 10 games. I've played nothing but low priority for the last 12. You can't report people in low priority. No matter when you report someone, even if it's IMMEDIATELY after, you receive this message back

and no report of yours is used.

That's actually really, REALLY confusing and frustrating. If those reports are true, then that means that people are able to report each other in low priority without actually using any reports, aka you can report the entire game, every game. I could queue Single Draft indefinitely, immediately abandon, and then just report everyone and tank EVERYONE'S behavior scores down to F possibly if this is true.
If it isn't true that's probably equally as dumb, because then I'm receiving reports from apparently nothing. How does this make any sense?

Did you play with/against any stack?
Non lp players queuing with lp friends will be able to report

My friend and I already tested that, he is not in low priority and stacked with me and cannot report anyone

The summaries update every 10 games, but show reports/commends for the last 25 games. So it's just showing the reports from before you got put into LP.

the behavrious score system is both terrible and sooo much better than superior mobas that it makes me wonder if there is a good way to handle such things.

My "Tryhard" smurf where I did obnoxious things like instalock carry or mid is normal. Makes me feel like "Mid or feed" is the baseline for normal behaviour score.

Try playing unranked, less people report there. Also possibly try muting yourself

just mute yourself and every other player and play the game to win, eventually you'll get out of this behavior zone. That way you'll probably have a better experience playing anyway.

At the start of the game - mute everyone and just play the best you can.
