Geoje, Busan, Daegu. So many people came such a long way just to watch some Starcraft this week. It's really great to see so many people still having pashion for the game.

Nothing beats the atmosphere of seeing a game for real. It's been many years since I was last in Yongsan and in that time there where points when it looked like Broodwar might be gone forever. I was so happy Sunday evening to see, hear and feel the sensation of Broodwar crowd again.

Awesome. Yeah the atmosphere can't really be described or replicated with any other games out there that I'm aware of. Brood War just comes with so much shared history to it and while everyone's there to have a good time just like at any other esports event, there's this feeling of a commonly shared goal of preserving the game after it has already fallen once and risen from the ashes. At least that's how I perceived it. Good to know you had fun~!

Agreed Stratos the atmosphere is really good right now. Everyone's just so thankful to have Broodwar back. I really hope it continues. 'Thank you Sonic' was the only possible message I could think of writing.

It's so far to Yongsan. I'm not sure when I will get to go again. I hope they put the final on a Saturday so I can get there for that.

Thanks for sharing the pics! It's nice to see a different perspective to what you see in a vod. The energy level looked very high in the event!

Nice pictures! I'm so glad BW has been revived, it gives me the hope I will be able to go to SK and see live games myself!

Thanks for the pictures, wish you took more! lol. I loved the large crowd for all of the quarterfinal matches so far and hoping that the finals will blow all our expectations away. BW fighting!

Thanks Greg, how long was the trip for you to attend? I understand the Korean public transit system is quite developed and comprehensive?

Really glad to see the OSL-era resource/supply counts displayed on-screen again. It's fun to gauge who's ahead from the game play, but perhaps more so to then see that reinforced, or refuted, by the real-time stats
