VERY BASICS OF EATING HERE at least 1 quality protein source at all 6 "feedings" : fish or chicken or beef. a variety of vegetables at all 6 "feedings" a variety of fruits in any where from 1 to 6 of the "feedings" depending on your goals. sprinkle in a variety some nuts and legumes. please note i keep using the word VARIETY all the time. if you can.. get your meat directly from a farmer you trust... or grow some chickens in your back yard. any other shortcuts to "high energy" and you are just fooling yourself. exercise every day. never sit for more than 40 minutes... always get up and at minimum stretch. the only time it is ok to sit for more than 40 minutes is if you are doing some intense posting on TL.Net. | ||
