but let me make a stoner joke based on some stuff my old roommate told me ( well all my writings about field forces and mj in that second post make me think that maybe the reason marijuana has the anti-cancer effects is because of its unique mind-enhancing properties. (probably at the very bottom of all the subatomic particles and forces that bind them together is a substrate called 'mind' which is just raw data or "potentially perceived" information") sometimes i wonder if you're less likely to get cancer from hookah smoke than cigarette smoke and is it because of the cooling? maybe some of the quantum binders or whatever constitute field forces are really heat sensitive and so heat or energy itself is some kind of carcinogenic accelerant | ||

Because, like, we have top scientists who dedicate their entire lives to researching ways to cure and prevent cancer. You need a strong understanding of molecular biology, human anatomy, chemistry, toxicology, etc. etc. etc. to even start to conceptualize the shit you're talking about, and you probably shouldn't believe your stoner friend when he says weed has a positive effect on cancer because he has literally no fucking clue what he is talking about. AT LEAST get into a doctoral-level medical program before you start talking some bullshit like this. Yes, it has positive effects on specific areas of the brain. But the research is also VERY CLEAR that marijuana straight up decreases your IQ. I'm an ex-weed smoker and a current doctoral-level psychology student. In two years I will be a doctor of clinical psychology. I urge you to stop smoking weed before it further reduces your intelligence. | ||
