Welcome to the monthly Top 16 Western Foreigner Ranking (excluding china, taiwan). As always, i won't comment on my personal rankings ("Me"), it's opinion based. Please read, comment, vote and spread the word!

The math:
My subjective ranking counts for 50% this time.
Rank 1 gives 50 points; Rank 10 gives 32,15 points; Rank 30 gives 20,35 points
aligulac rankings count for 35% now.
Rank 1 gives 35 points; Rank 10 gives 22,51 points; Rank 30 gives 14,25 points
WCS points count for 15% now. They are less of a facot this time, since its the 2014 list which isn't quite telling anymore. this will have more a factor in the future again.
Rank 1 gives 15 points; Rank 10 gives 9,64 points; Rank 30 gives 6,10 points.
The maximum reachable is 100 points (50+35+15) now for first place in all 3 rankings [of all the available competitors].
Rank 10 in all 3 rankings would give you 64,3 points (32,15+22,51+9,64).
Rank 30 in all 3 rankings give you 40,7 points (20,35+14,25+6,10).
The lower the ranks get, the smaller the point differences between them become.

I said it last time and I'll say it again, once you get past the top 4, they all feel too high. Makes you realize how few competitive foreigners there really are.
Also, Petraeus I feel should be higher. Dude's really legit, he'll prove himself even more eventually.

I feel Bly's strongly underrated. He's not very consistent but he's one of the few foreigners that can take series from good Koreans.

Those wins are mostly one hit wonders. He can take games from koreans only due to cross server lag issues and his unknown cheesy style, which makes him highly unpredictable.

Marauders sound kind of black, and terrans usually build a lot of those.
