Clash of LR titans: GumBa vs Lorning Game 2

I don't think Lorning has actually gone 4 gate twice in a row yet. Does that mean he will go 4 gate again this game? …Maybe…

Lorning has no regrets in life. He lives fast and kills his opponent fast. #yolo



A reaper gets in Lorning's base and kills a probe. GumBa got an expansion and a reactor behind this.




However, Lorning is going for a proxy oracle, and GumBa's build is imperfect, so the oracle will arrive when there are fewer than 6 marines in GumBa's base.




Oh my god, where did the worker line go?




Lorning gets another oracle to do even more economic damage.



However, GumBa uses a very effective harassment unit to deal amazing damage to Lorning's worker line.




Lorning goes for the front with his zealots, sentries, and stalker.



He doesn't have enough DPS to get past the repair though.



Lorning is forced to back off and transition.



He does try a void ray transition, but that's not very smart against bunkers and repair.







Lorning finally decides to expand for the first time all series.




One of the oracles gets an astonishing 7 kills!



At some point, GumBa moves out and picks off a spotting unit of Lorning. Lorning takes this opportunity to sneak into the natural.



He kills the natural CC but has to walk up into the main to avoid the death marines of GumBa.



GumBa cleans up…




…And pulls the boys.











Lorning takes a 2-0 lead in moderately boring games. Can GumBa make a comeback, or will he continue being weak against Lorning's attacks.
