Ill update the op with the list of winners. Or better yet as soon as WBC page puts up the info Ill share it (they have pictures as well as who and where the artist/teams were from) Better than a list with no pictures. 2016 is in New Orleans!!! Yes there is a popping party kinda... When the Festival of Balloons finished up, any balloons left on the floor were fair game. It was rather amusing watching familys carrying large columns or life sized princesses and trying to squeeze them into the car hahaha I should have got some pictures!! So any of the big big stuff that is framed etc. gets destroyed after that.
