People make everything worse.
I love when it rains and snows. The patter of raindrops on a window or umbrella is calming, and even though the clouds and storm can look miserable, there's few things as relaxing as sitting on a chair reading while you hear rain fall nearby.
Snow is even better, even a light dusting makes everything beautiful and makes me feel like it's going to be a good day. And it's great to take a walk through - the piled up snow mutes the sounds of the world, the only thing you can easily hear is the distinctive crunch of snow under your feet and the sound of your breath. Snow even has its own smell, a crisp, cold smell that permeates the whole of your surroundings.
When I was a kid, I'd love to play in the rain or snow. The rain made everything squishy and splashy, and the snow, well, you know. Snowmen and snowballs and shoveling and jumping into piles of fluff, snow was the best thing in the world when you were a kid. Even getting frozen was good, because you ran back inside and warmed up with a hot drink and a blanket.
But now? As an adult? When I see rain or snow the only thing I can think of is how terrible my drive is going to be, because people don't fucking know how to drive in a half inch of precipitation, despite living in the midwest their whole life. Vehicles and litter make puddles disgusting pools of disease, and snow is mostly black slush instead of calming white.
Adulthood and other people really make it hard to enjoy the little things in life, don't know what else to say.

I hate the part when snow turns into slush, seeps into your socks, and now your feet is wet...
But I do like watching them behind the safety of my windows :D

that's just because you have to go to work
duty is heavier than a mountain
it's not a specifically people problem
also as above stated you get used to things, so you tend to concentrate on the inconveniences and take the conveniences for granted. That's usually because people tend to try to work to solve problems and they tend to get angry when its beyond their control, however that's a strictly personal choice when it comes down to it.
