I limit myself to 1 hour of TL a day, and I can't visit TL past midnight. But sometimes (like right now) after the 1 hour is up, I go on Chrome to visit TL.  I would highly recommend using those add-ons. It really did prevent me from wasting lots of time. | ||

Unfortunately that idea wouldn't work as I would almost certainly use another browser and/or would just remove the addon. It's a combination of old friends, friends from school and friends of those friends so it's not a social construct of my own. Wow guys, never realised that TL would be a place that would try to and help me! I just wanted to rant at myself but you're all lovely people. Update: 7:30 AM Edit: Micronesia, I think if anything would work, your suggestion is probably the best thing for me, at the moment I do in fact have no plan whatsoever for myself except that I know I would like to do things. If you do them early, you will not gain time, but you will feel good afterwards instead of feeling bad like right now. So do it now and you will gain "feel good" time. Also, putting off tasks like that is how a lot of people with really sad lives started out. | ||
