It differs per person I guess. Most of my female friends avoid bearded men like the plague. They also tend to think bearded men are older, and they don't find facial/body hair attractive. I have another friend I went to uni with, who has the most epic beard ever, and a great curly moustache too that he waxes into shape. He testifies that having masses of facial hair is at the sacrifice of your head hair. Not that you can stop your genes from being mean sons of bitches on this topic anyway. He did shave once, and the ladies flocked over to him, but he has since grown it all back and so far as I know he is still single. I guess the problem here is if you already have an attractive face, having a beard is going to spoil it. Having a less symmetrical/attractive face can be enhanced by having a beard. I hate shaving. TL;DR Having a beard isn't for everyone.

The number one subconscious determiner of attraction is physical symmetry and a beard adds tons of facial symmetry. Same with glasses and caps which is why, if you ever do online dating you have to ask for a pic without them. Nothing wrong with a clean shaven guy but there is nothing wrong with working every angle either. I never considered that

Why do you hate beards? they are fucking awesome, damn even gods have beards, odin, jupiter, zues heck even fucking korean jesus! Also beards can be customized and styled, you can be a spy too lol It is actually more ichy if you keep on shaving, thats why I grew them because I hate the itchy growing hairs and because real men grow fucking beards!

This is all assuming you have a) enough and b) somewhat covering facial hair growth. I have quite a lot of patches with somewhat sparse growth and others with dense, especially on my chops (chin and mustache-area are somewhat alright). The only thing I can somewhat do with my chops are stubbles (we call that "Dreitagebart", literally: three-days-beard, in German, haha), but then again it looks like shit if I underestimate how much it grows over a day.

Long beards also look terrible IMO. Why would you want a ball of fur on the bottom of your face You're wrong.

I think there's a correlation with how much mass your beard can have (and look good) vs how much mass the grower has... I do also understand that some guys just can't grow anything (I could grow more of a beard at 17 than my brother can at 27).

I guess those two have more style than most but the fact remains they've got long hair drooping down off their face which is in unnattractive in and of itself.

Sea Captains beard: + 2 leadership, +1 warmth Wizard mode: +1 intimidation, +1 itchiness, +2 warmth Vagabonds Scruff: +2charisma, +1 dexterity It's pretty complicated trying to min/max my stats with the natural beard cycle but I seem to manage ok.

Yeah. I think they'd look better with no facial hair or much more trimmed.
