i wonder what you mean by "SC2 stamina". i can only imagine it's gonna be similar to what i call "technical practice"? i once read that rats were able to learn the best when they regularly exercized. you could try doing 5 minutes of cardio every hour. another idea, coming from my experience with poker. both self-reflection and reflection are sickly important. i'm not sure if an hour a week does this justice. i feel you should regularly take the time to watch a replay of yours with an open mind. | ||
