Hey guys.

I am on day 5 of being "clean" aka not eating crap food anymore. My thoughts are if I make it 1 week without eating that sort of food, then I can do it forever. I go into detail in everything in my first vlog on my channel if you wanna check it out. I would type it all out here but it's kind of redundant.

Best of luck to you. I lost a good amount of weight a few years back and even though it was sometimes difficult, the result is certainly worth it!

keep it up, I have also been trying to lose weight over the past 6 months.

The main things is focus on doing this for the long run. I'm currently at a point where I am losing focus because I have been working out and dieting for a long time so I am losing motivation. But think of everyday as a step forward and you should be okay.

I also started to change my eating habit since 2013 new years resulotion

Ive done a diet in 2010 before where i lost 30kg within 6 month then i started working full time in a Call Center

wich was pretty stressful for my head and i gained all the weight back

Now i have quit my job and starting to work out and eat smart again

So far im down 5kg u jus gotta be hard to ureself, Especially if ppl at ure house still eats sweets n stuff its hard to resist

I think most weight problems just come from living in the USA in general. When I came back from living in China for a year, I had gained about 40 pounds in one semester. Fatter than I had ever been before in my life.

good luck!
my tips is to keep renewing your commitment and vows for keeping up with it! sooner or later you will get sloppy and give into eating junk if you don't have a clear comnitment every week! I talk from experience. This is especially hard when you do something abnormal from your routine, like going to the the city shopping without a lunch etc.

What kind of work out are you planning to do? I can really recommend swimming. It is really fun too. Cardio and strength combined.

right now im eating healthy and doing the exercise bike for 30 mins - 1 hour. As spring comes along I will ride my bike outside and when my pool opens, I will swim.

sign up for your first sprint triathlon, it'll motivate you more than just losing weight incase you get in a rut, or weight loss plateau, then you can aim to beat your old personal triathlon record.
