I actually think TL should be above EG, I mean they have 2 players in Code S atm who are possible (arguably Taeja is championship quality already) contenders for the championship, while EG just has a group of players who decently in foreign events.

Just some feedback, Try leaving a reason as to why you placed each team like you did. AKA Liquid - Hero has had an amazing run in the GSL. ect ect.

Empire liquid and k3 should have been higher, just about everyone else was way to high, Quantic should be way higher up than honorable mention.

Well, EG just 5-1ed SlayerS. Stephano is the best non-korean in a world by a clear margin, Puma posts good results, HuK is still able to play with koreans, Thorzain is still able to play with koreans.
Liquid has 2 players in Code S, but their pool is a lot shallower beyond their two korean players.
As far as a "Best Non-Korean Team" poll goes, I don't see a problem with EG being #1 over Liquid when you consider that EG still has most of their big players if you eliminate koreans and Liquid has...Sheth.

Not going to comment on the top 2 since it's a very hard call.
I think you over rate:
coL (wayyyy overrated)
Dignitas (what do they still have? Bischu is doing well recently but seleCt has really fallen off)
Millenium (Tarson is like decent at best and he's their ace now right?)
I think you underrate:
Empire (by a lot)
Quantic (pretty deep roster actually..Stc Sase Illusion Hawk State all the vile guys are really good)
Also you completely forgot mouz.. They're not as strong as they were but they could still kick the asses of most teams on that list. I disagree with almost everything on this team rank.

I mean if he's basing it purely on potential, the recent acquisition of Stephano would certainly put EG up there...

EG isnt even my favorite team at all. However i was torn between a first of EG and Liquid but i went EG just because they are doing very well in IPTL (beating liquid). What have they done recently? Stephano cleaned house in wcs Europe

Oh that's true. I forgot ForGG on Mill as well. However I still don't think they justify their rank.
