I dono, maybe it's a false impression that everyone has gotten an invite except for me. But some of my friends have (they only have 1 account), one of them is GOLD league.. Just feels really unfair and leaves me angry and mad at starcraft. /endrage

It really hurt to watch day9 play ladder against bronze league scrubs in the reverse funday the other day while so many good players don't have keys (myself not included but I would still love a key )

Everyone without a key on the other hand isn't saying anything, whining for a key is probably looked down upon. Its a case of the "vocal minority" Although to be honest I don't know the size of the minority. He isn't really whining about not having a beta key as much as about the method blizz uses of choosing the players that get in. A much better method would be to give keys to gm and top 2-4 masters in each league on all servers. Then to increase the size they just go top 8 masters then top 16 ect. That would be perfectly fair and create more competition on ladder.

Food for thought, it's not those who are the most devoted that a key, but everyone else who will receive one. As stupidly ambigious as that sounds, you shouldn't count your credentials to interpret why you deserve a key, but rather find the reasoning why you haven't gotten one yet.

That's like losing a running race and blaming it on the colour of your running shoes. Apart from celebrities/pro players, they're picking people with a varying hardware and OS set-up because, and we can't forget this, the purpose of the beta is to beta test, not just for us to have some fun playing it. Starcraft still loves you. Here's a virtual house to make you feel better: __̴ı̴̴̡̡̡ ̡͌l̡̡̡ ̡͌l̡*̡̡ ̴̡ı̴̴̡ ̡̡͡|̲̲̲͡͡͡ ̲▫̲͡ ̲̲̲͡͡π̲̲͡͡ ̲̲͡▫̲̲͡͡ ̲|̡̡̡ ̡ ̴̡ı̴̡̡ ̡͌l̡̡̡̡.___

Blizz probably doesn't even know that this is one and the same person Beta keys are not given away to make you happy, but to get a good overview on how the game behaves in real life. this means DIFFERENT HARDWARE and OS Settings for example, different skill levels is another one. You have five accounts but all on the same skill level and on the same machine. So you account for ONE.

You have five accounts but all on the same skill level and on the same machine. So you account for ONE. That's the point. Among five, there is a higher chance of one getting in. Also, there are plenty of people on the same level with the same hardware who got into the beta, roughly.
