My BW Battle Report blogs always took quite a while to complete, in part because I'd hit the image upload limit fairly quickly. Makes me want to play and report some more... keep it up! You've only been playing for 2 weeks and you took a game off a D+ player? Nice! Loved the reference to the Maginot Line as well | ||

Not even after consistently practising it for 2 weeks. D+ players (despite being a big deal) are not THAT big of a deal. I've been watching pro BW since 2008, so i knew basic concepts of timing and all, and been playing bw on and off since 2000, but mostly ums and 3v3 zero clutter. So don't think I only had 2 weeks of BW experience when this happened. Like I said, a lot of things happened that made this win possible: him playing really greedy, not morphing his hydras to lurkers, etc. So consider this one of my memorable fluke win, rather than my true display of skill After all, if I can win with 1k mineral 2k gas stored, somebody had to have made mistakes no? | ||

Sorry to be so offensive about it  I can only realize some stupid things I do at the 2nd look. Not to downgrade your win by any means, it was a monster timing attack. In fact, so monster that I just couldn't believe it was just 2 weeks of BW experience. This explains everything though because as a 2 week old BW player, I was still playing protoss and I had 60 supply of units and workers combined along with 15k-8k in my bank account let alone being able to execute timings and shit. In-game mistakes are self-explanatory in the BR, I don't have to mention that because you know that a lot better than me.I just wanted to plug one of my older BRs in, which was also against a D+ player. Screwed up big time doing that I guess. | ||
