So we were having some fun in the LR thread for WCS today coming up with players who represents each unit for each race. This is just a fun little game we played trying to sort through all the players who have used these units in famous instances, but there could only be one for each. It's easy to play, just think of a unit and then think of the first player that you think of when you think of that unit. Obviously there's a lot of crossover here, half the units in the Terran army could be attributed to MVP or half the Zerg units to Nestea. But there can only be one player for each unit so you'll have to choose.

What do you guys think? Have a player you feel would suit one of these units better? Tell me why.

I think Zergling suits better for DRG, since it's his fav unit and he does a great impression of it!
Besides that it looks good. I smiled throughout the list and remembered many games just by reading unit:name

Kyrix is the the zerg bit by bit...he has to be baneling man.
All he did was baneling bust from open season 1, till his last code a appearance. MarineKing became famous for his micro vs Kyrix's banelings xD

The Baneling was actually the hardest one for me for Zerg.
When I thought Baneling, I thought Nestea, Kyrixx, LosirA, Leenock, July, Violet and Moon.
It was so hard, but in the end I settled for Leenock because of how much I loved the way he used Baneling landmines in the past.

I Would think Idra for Muta since he was so damn good with them in the earlier days of sc2. he was infamous for his muta control.

Well u should take out reach, he doesnt really fit with all those sc2 players  (make a bw one? JF or stork would be reaver, boxer=marine or maybe iloveoov fantasy vulture, bisu dt, ect) Reach doesnt fit sadly, even tho i suggested it, my mistake.
dragoon would be easy (that guy who had 33 kills, tempest)
Jaedong muta, calm= lurker (i love his no muta builds), Flash=terran (lol) yellow (hm...hydra, or would it be overlord,hydra,lurker,muta,zerling LOL storm zerg i love him so much)

Idra is most definitely a hydralisk, he always rages about them, uses them surprisingly often, they used to be a great unit, now are in general pretty bad but show flashes of being super powerful in the right circumstances.
And the problem with Stephano is that all though he's known for his roach smash, he's also known for his ling infestor play.
He's pretty known for not playing muta's, hence why some commentators call every style that doesn't involve mutas Stephano style, just because it mindlessly sounds like analysis and rolls off of the tongue well. So Stephano should just be a not-muta.

I think I agreed to use Reach simply because there's no Protoss in SC2 that's ever really made a name for himself using Zealots while Reach definitely has.
There's a good SC2 example for every other BW unit except for that one sadly.

Well, using rounds of zealot warp-ins to constantly harass has become a tactic somewhat recently, particularly against zerg. I'm not sure who best to attribute it to though. The first example that springs to mind is actually Sage, who used it in conjunction with his phoenixes.
