I am making a ramen site for web development experiences and whatnot, and I'm just a big fan of ramen in general. I know TL is really into Korean culture and whatnot so I thought I'd share here. Any feedback, suggestions, questions, comments, etc. would be greatly appreciated!

Hey TL,
Thanks for your patience and sorry for the delay, my power has been out for about 4 days because of that random storm that hit the east coast and I just recently got it back. Nonetheless, I have finally updated my ramen website with its first recipe!
I had a 13-hour work shift today so I wasn't able to really dig into any of the advanced recipes, but for a beginner's guide I wrote one on a good way to cook Shin Ramen! I'm sure many of you guys have already tried it, but if not, go ahead and check it out here!

Nah it's cool because that's the only reason I kind of made the site too, shame I spent so much time designing/setting up stuff for now. Check back when the recipes get launched! Promise you won't be too disappointed! Share too later if you can, thanks!

I agree with everyone else, except I live in the U.S. south so I appreciate really great ramen as a gift from god rather than something to be expected of ramen haha. I have only ever had shitty Maruchan ramen. PLEASE MAKE RECIPES FO' MEH

LOL to be honest I thought I'd get flamed by everyone for some reason but I didn't expect people to love ramen this much. This motivates me so much more to build content on the website.
As promised, first ramen recipe will be up tonight after I finish work! (I'd be starting around 11:30 pm EST and it'll probably be up no later than around 2 AM EST)

No, videos are the only reason I started this site. Soon enough recipe videos are going to be overtaking the main recipes. I just need more traffic and content before I start trying to go YouTube haha.

Emmentaler Cheese (or gruyere) is the best cheese you could add.
oh, and don't shred it, instead just add it as a slice when you take the shinramen from the range.
