Frankly, I think most everyone is aware of this in the community at this point. It's been discussed on pretty much every SC2 talk show by now. There's not much to belaboring that point. So given all that. I wonder about Kespa's choice to have this tourney. They have to be aware that they are not showing their players off at their best. Perhaps they know something the rest of us don't. But I wonder if hyping these games up as much as they are at MLG might hurt the players' image in the long run.
In any case, I'll be updating this later based off of what I see tonight. As we speak I'm watching the Flash v Stork game. They haven't shown a whole ton yet, but it's certainly not bad play. If I eat my words, then I'll be happier for it.
Edit: Ok, I think I know why Kespa went with this. These games are good enough to be entertaining for sure. (At least this one was, you never know what's gonna happen.) Kespa probably wanted to show off their improvement to the foreigner crowd if nothing else. Can't wait to see the other games tomorrow. Sleep time for me.
