Alas. All that is beautiful and wonderful shall wither and die. Replaced by things of less beauty and wonder. Yet some solice may be found in the thought that other similarly rare things shall bloom from nothingness and embody the beauty. Until it is once again plucked from us.

We shall take care to remember the treasure that has been bestowed upon us. For this kind of beauty is rare and dwindling and maybe even made more beautiful still because of it. Thank you so much for this post. It is always nice to know what players are now doing when they're no longer a part of a team, quit playing, etc. It was saddening to read, but that is a risk that you'll have to take when you want to be a pro.
