TL, I am in need of some VERY good advice.
HOW THE CRAP DO YOU MANAGE YOUR TIME?
I recently screwed up my Freshman year in College majoring in Computer Science because I was just horrible at managing my time.
So some advice would be wonderful, between Going to College full time, working a part time job and spending time with my girlfriend. I just find NO time to play starcraft enough to EVER make it to Grandmaster level and that is ultimately what I want to do but how in the world could I manage my time good enough to be able to find that much time to practice?
Thank you for the responses.

Corpses dont need to manage their time, don't worry about it.
But just in case you're not actually a corpse, are you close to GM level or are you just saying that to show having little time etc etc ?

This, emphatically.
You may not realize it yet, and for this none could fault you - but time is fleeting. You are in the midst of the four greatest years of your life. You have the potential for a great career. You have a girl whom you presumably like. Of all the things happening in your life, Starcraft should be the least important.
If you can't make Grandmaster, you will be bummed out. If you fuck up your degree, you will regret it forever.
The greatest advice I ever received about college - and it is advice that I did not heed - is that you should treat it like a job. From 9am to 5pm, focus on your education. The rest of your day is for you.

Thanks for the advice guys.
and no I am not close to GM level, but I would love to manage my time good enough to where I could find the time to play that much so I could reach GM in the future.

Time management is the biggest myth of our modern society. you cannot manage time it does what it fucking pleases. You can only to manage yourself.
If you want to manage yourself and get some discipline: make a pyramid with 5 levels, each level contains various things you do each day, all things you do that takes time will be put into this pyramid.
the bottom level (0) is all the stuff you are doing that gives you negative value or pleasure, this can be hanging around with people you don't wanna be with and that only gives you a hard time and so fort.
Level 1 is the short term stuff instant gratification stuff that doesn't really get you any long term value but that still is tempting to do, like playing a game for 20 minutes and so forth.
Level 2 will be stuff that is urgent and useful but still doesn't give any long-term value. This could be getting the laundry, cleaning your room and so forth.
Level 3 will be long term minor urgent value stuff, like spending time with people you wanna bound with or making your homework.
Level 4 will be important long term value This level is the most important like taking the next week to finish a huge project that will make 50% of your grade or any other activity that doesn't seem urgent but if done successful within the next future will have a huge impact on your life.
Putting it all together:Now, take your life, and sort in everything you do in these different levels of the pyramid, Next what you do is that you stop doing anything that is at level 0. just dump it. All the level 1 activity should be minimized as much as possible, follow these rules: 1) Try not to do them at all 2) do these the last thing you do for the day, Level 1 stuff is the LAST THING YOU WILL DO BEFORE GOING TO BED
All the level 2 activity try to minimize it, find a way to do it as fast as possible or get other people to do it for you, Clean your house? get a maiden to do for it you, do all your shopping once a week instead of several times a week, want sex? hire a hooker, much faster than trying to get a girlfriend. also, do this Second last before you do level 1 activities.
Level 3 40-50% of your day should consist of these, spend allot of time on it, should be done before you do any level 2 stuff. Level 4 These are the things you do first thing the moment you wake up, Don't do anything else until you done all level 4 stuff for the day. Everything else is second.
To summarize: Organize everything into a pyrmaid of 5 levels. level 4 stuff FIRST the moment you wake up for the day, should take minimum 50% of your day, second with the time that is left, do level 3 stuff, Level 2 stuff, outsource it, learn how to make it as fast as possible. level 1 stuff, do it when you have time, and when you are done with level 4 and level 3. Level 0 stuff, get rid of it. it's waste of time.
Follow this and enjoy your less stressful life.

you got a GF, and are probably masters lvl in SC2. follow these other people's good advice and enjoy life buddy, you're in your college years.

Honestly man, you don't. It all comes down to whats most important to you, studying is important, money is well money and im pretty sure (well at least I hope) most people choose their girlfriend over Starcraft. Starcraft is fun and a great distraction from everything but lets be honest you just have to decide whats most important to you. Startcraft is still going to be popular in 3 years and once you've finished with your degree you have a lifetime (well not quite) to reach your goal of getting to grandmasters.

definitely agree with what thedeadhaji said. Most important point imo is having daily/weekly routine (with to-do lists) and actually writing them down. Helps a lot with time management.

I don't.
You don't give us much to go off of. Do you feel like you waste a lot of time? Are your grades suffering due to starcraft? Do you find it hard to get to work? Without this info we can only tell you the general strategy. Get organized, get started, prioritize work over starcraft.
