I still idle in channel 'nexus word wars' and my online handle is kmart.108 if anybody wants to get a game going. On a somewhat unrelated note, it'd be interesting if somebody did something like this for Brood War/Vanilla SC. I was a custom fanatic from the years '99-'04ish... I think I'd die of nostalgia if somebody with intimate knowledge of the scene did something for it. I still have a decent collection of the first wave of bounds, older RPG's (from the 98-02 era), and other miscellaneous classics on a thumb drive in my desk | ||

I am going to put an average of two parts per week, which will include 2, 3, or 4 chapters. It's a lot to chew on atm, but I am passionate about finishing the series. Keep in mind this is a memoir, a community chronicler can only chronicle what he knows, and a lot goes on in the SC2 community.For example, I will likely detail Star Battle in Patch 1.2.0, because it happened around that time, but I cannot detail it "in detail", because I never really went in with the Star Battle community. I may also skip around, but that is to be expected, the memoir is only roughly chronological. Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy guessing at the contents of the chapters, or just the sneek peek in general! See ya for more chronicles of UMS in the near future! Looking forward to it. Have you been keeping a log of some sort since early in SC2's existence, or is this all going to be off memory? Pretty impressive, regardless. I'm also looking forward to it. | ||
