Any types of games or game experience you're specifically looking for? A group of people just to play some custom maps you like, 1v1 practice partners, just buddies to chill, chat, and watch some live games/replays (o wait, you can't watch replays together, that sucks)? A team/clan is really good. By default they give you decent/good practice environment and train you well - it's in it for them to dedicate time into improving your play. You can also get along quite well with your team-mates, and just have a swell time. I remember my clan days quite fondly. A regular group of people on teamspeak? ---> a team's the way to go, though there are so many ppl on TL nowadays it'll likely be no problem to find those regularly available and committed to log on the same time each week. I'd really recommend getting involved with the local scene and local people, there IS a benefit to making it more than an online connection. Find teams (local is better), apply, and always hang out in one of the TL Teamspeak server channels. Maybe even petition for a "Pickup" channel, just for casual SC2 encounters. I've just recently joined this clan and they do have TS, and they have several sqauds for masters players. Check it out! I'm gold so I really don't know a ton about the higher level squads but I know they have lax groups and they have a couple teams that are competitive. | ||
