After the installation, go to back to the regional settings bit again and then the keyboards section and add the Korean keyboard and only tick "Microsoft IME". Then just to the left of your system tray, there should be an EN (for English keyboard). Click in somewhere you can type and then hit Alt Shift. It should then change to KO (for Korean keyboard) and it should also have some other pictures, along with an "A" or a "가" and then to the right there will be a "漢". Basically all you have to do is hit your RIGHT Alt key and the "A" or "가" will toggle between each other. When it says "A", you will type as per usual, when it says "가", you will type in Hangeul. Your keyboard will respond like this: So now your computer can understand Hangeul and you can type it!

You don't need Office XP to use these. I downloaded it but it says I need office XP to use it.
