Sup folks, as you know ol' blizz granted us finally with another name change.
My progress in sc, well you can't even call it progress, since I'm basically constantly jumping between plat-gold, is pretty much non existant.
The reason for this is my lack of play. I'll play 30 games a day for 2 weeks, then stop playing alltogether for 2 months. I'm not motivated enough I guess.
And here's my plea. I think that a new, strong, chogosu like name will motivate me more.
Yeah, I know it doesn't makes much sense but whatever. And anyway Steveling is so lame as an alias, Q_Q.
So, help me get a name.
You can propose names or discuss your thoughts about you changing names as well, don't matter.
So far, my forever bronze friend Batcha gave me an excellent idea," EZIDRA ".
It's hillarious but I'm afraid I'll get bored of it. Oh,plus I play terran so I'll have to bm myself in every game to stay true to my stolen persona.
I'm also contemplating between SlayersSMMA and IMMVP but the fact that I just copy someone else makes me hesitate.
Dunno, maybe a name that resembles one of a top pro but with some exotic flare to it? Dunno, halp me guys!

I wouldn't copy a pro name, you will get bored. EZIDRA is cute but then again you will get bored.
The best names are ones that you personally come up with and actually mean something to you. I think you are trying to go for something flashy, catchy or showy. Well, for the first day it is gonna be funny and all jolly fun, but since it has no direct meaning to you, the novelty wears off. Thus, pick something that can last.
A fancy name isn't going to help you get motivated btw. A 2 month exodus from SC2 means that there are other issues  GL!

id say go with something like sangue dormido - really bad culture bound disease or something in the past that makes you work like ST. Rainbow is HopeTorture, you could be LiFe-LeSs or something like that.

For the love of god, please just don't use AlTeRnAtinG caps; it's really stupid/annoying. I would hold off until you come up with something "brilliant" though. Your ID has practically no meaning if it's just something someone gave you that sounded cool. Not that everyone's ID has to have a special meaning, but what do you say when someone asks you why you named yourself that? "Someone gave me the tag and I thought it sounded pretty cool..."

You must also remember to go to the mountains around the Gomtv studio. If you spend 111 days in these mountains a monk will appear and bless your nickname, and thus enhancing the already formidable powers of a good alias.
On a more off topic note. Try to find the name you feel you have the most connection too. Like a childhood name or an old nick from another game. It will feel so much more "stickable" than any alias come up on the spot :D

as you all know, korean zergs are owning it up in wcg/wsl. for us noobs to take advantage of this, or just need a boost of morale, ive made a couple steps to make your opponent think twice before playing you.
step 1) make a user name. i recommend picking a noun and then adding zerg at the end of it.
EX: AfricaZerg
remember, you have to look convincing so that your opponent will fear of playing you. so, pick a random noun. the more stupid you look, the more skilled you we be percieved of having.
